Tracking Issues

If your tracking number has not been associated with an item, do not panic!
There is a window of time between when your order ships out of our facility and when the package is scanned in by Canada Post. Your package has not been lost!
However, if you are seeing the following tracking error after 24 hours of your order being shipped, please reach out to support!
